CCC international is a company founded in 1998 in Bizerte region,specializing in the manufacture of warp and weft garments as well as jersey and sometimes technical fabrics.

Since its creation,our company's mission hasbeen to manufacture high-quality products.Whether we're talking about ready-to-wear or workwear,we attach the same importance to the quality of our products.Over the years,our expertise has resulted in direct,long-term collaboration(10 years on overage)with leading such as Brax,Gardeur,Mac mode.

Our team doesn't just make pants,but its expertise into every piece.Our vision for futur is to grow around sustainability through an intergrative,greener vision.

We have a 220m² cutting unit, equipped with two quilting tables,3 scissors,
two band saws and 3 heat sealers. Our cutting capacity averages 6000 pieces.

To optimize our production time, we have chosen to have our own embroidery unit.
Our embroidery park consists of two machines with a total of 18 heads

Our production unit covers an area of 1000 m² and is equipped with all types of machines for all types of sewing with a fleet of over 120 machines. These include automatic back pocket machine,waistband machine,boutton machine,18 over lockers machine(4-thread,5-thread and 6-thread),two cylinder Bed,7 bartack machines.....

With over 100 machine operators,our production capacity is close to 5.500 pieces per week.In addition to our intern capacity,we can increase our capacity by aroud 500 pieces a week thanks to our strategic partner MELLYTEX.

MELLYTEX is a manufacturer that has been operating in bizerte region (less than 1Km from us) since 1983,and shares our philosophy as much importance quality as we do.

Finishing and packaging is also ensured by this unit with a capacity of 3000 pieces per day, whether suspended or in cardboard Our merchandise is prepared in accordance with customer requirements

In terms of washing and finishing we work in close collaboration with texfinish. Our partner with this unit dates back to its creation in 1997

Texfinish ensures all types of washing using the best products to guarantee the best quality with a capacity of 10,000 per day
